How to Use Snippets
Snippets are like mini-documents within a document and are typically used for content that is repeated across multiple sections. You can easily edit the variables within a snippet directly in your document.

To edit a snippet, click on the snippet within your document to open the variables.

When the snippet variables are open, click the “Variables” button to return to the main variable view.

To go back to the snippet variables, you can either click on the snippet in your document again or click the “Snippet Variables” button.
Deleting a Snippet
To delete a snippet:
- Click the “Clear Content” button.
- If you want to add the snippet again after deleting it, click the “Snippets” button and select the snippet you want to re-add.
