Filter

In many modules, you can filter based on criteria such as status, creation date, and more.

To open the filter options, click the “Filters icon”. After clicking the icon, a panel will open on the right side of the screen.

A filter row is available by default and contains the following fields:

  • Column
    Select the field you want to filter on.

  • Operator
    Choose how the value should be compared (for example, contains, equals, starts with, etc.).

  • Value
    Enter the value you want to filter by.

The overview will automatically update based on the criteria you enter.

To add additional filter conditions, click “+ Add filter”. When adding an additional filter, you can choose how the filters are combined:

  • And
    The item must match all filter conditions.

  • Or
    The item must match at least one filter condition.

Click the trash icon” next to a filter row to remove an individual filter.

To remove all active filters at once, click Remove all”. This will clear all filter criteria and reset the overview to show all items.

When the panel is closed, the filter icon displays a number indicating how many filters are currently active. Clicking this icon will reopen the panel, allowing you to adjust or remove the active filters.

Status filter

Use the status filter to quickly view items by their current workflow stage. Select All to see every item, or choose a specific status (Created, In Review, Approved, Rejected, or Archived) to display only items in that category. The number beside each status indicates how many items are currently in that state.
