Edit user role

Within Settings > User Roles, you can easily edit an existing user role. To open Settings, click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner.

To do this:

  1. Click “user roles” in the top left menu.
  2. Click the “menu icon” (three dots on the right) next to the user role you want to edit.
  3. Select the edit icon in the dropdown.

  4. A sidebar will open where you can:

    • Change the role name.

    • View and modify the permissions.

    • Specify which dashboard widgets should be available for the role.

  5. After making your changes, click “Save” to update the role.
