To edit and start building a form:

1. Click the “menu icon” (three dots on the right) next to the page you want to edit

2. Select the edit option in the drop down.

3. The page will load, and an empty canvas will appear. You can now click the “Add grid item” button at the top to add items to the canvas.

4. Once items are added, you can adjust their size by using the arrow icon within the item to make it larger or smaller.

5. If you add too many items, you can remove them by clicking the “cross icon” on the item.

Once the full setup is created, click “Save and close”. The page will be edited and saved.
