To block a user from the platform:

1. Go to Settings where an overview of all users will appear.
2. Search for the user you want to block and click the “Pencil icon” next to their name.

3. A sidebar will open with the user’s information.

4. At the bottom of the sidebar, check the “Blocked” checkbox.

5. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

The user has now been blocked from the platform.
