Adding extra users to a review

If new users need to be added while reviewing a document, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reviews, where an overview of all reviews will be shown.

  2. Click on the review where you need to add users.

  3. The review will open. In the top-right corner, click on the “History” icon.

  1. A sidebar will appear, showing an overview of all revisions.

  2. Click on the “Pencil icon” of the latest revision. New options will appear beneath it.

  1. Here, you can add new users or user groups.

  2. After adding the new users, click “Save” at the bottom to confirm the changes.
