Resetting a user’s password

As an admin, you can reset a user’s password when needed:

  1. Go to Settings, where an overview of all users will be displayed.

  2. Search for the user who needs a password reset and click on the “Pencil icon” next to their name.

  1. A sidebar will open with the user’s information.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, click the “Reset password” button.

  1. An email will be sent to the user, prompting them to set a new password.
