Locked user account

If a user’s account gets locked due to incorrect login attempts, you can easily remove the lock:

  1. Go to Settings, where an overview of all users will appear.

  2. Search for the locked user and click the “Pencil icon” next to their name.

  1. A sidebar will open with the user’s information.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and uncheck the “Locked” checkbox (it will change from checked to unchecked).

  1. Click “Save” to apply the changes.
