Creating a new review

To create a new review:

  1. Go to the Reviews module and click on “New Review” in the top-right corner.

  2. This will open the sidebar where you need to fill in the basic information for the review:

    • Name

    • Category

    • Email address
      where review notifications should be sent

    • Optionally, link a project or briefing
      to specify which project the review belongs to

    • Set the review deadline

  3. After entering all the details, click “Save”.
    This will open the screen where you can upload the first revision for this review round.

  4. On this screen, you will:

    • Select the group or users
      who will perform the review on the files

    • Choose review admins(optional),
      who will be the only ones able to approve or reject the revision

    • Set the revision deadline

    • Upload the file
      that needs to be reviewed
