Within the translation tool, go to the Glossaries tab. To edit an existing glossary: click on the menu icon (three dots) behind the glossary and select the edit. This will open a new page where you can make changes to the glossary.

You can modify or delete existing rows, and you can easily upload new ones or add new rows manually.
