How to Use Snippets
Snippets are like mini-documents within a document and are typically used for content that is repeated across multiple sections. You can easily edit the variables within a snippet directly in your document.
- To edit a snippet, click on the snippet within your document to open the variables.
- When the snippet variables are open, click the “Variables” button to return to the main variable view.
- To go back to the snippet variables, you can either click on the snippet in your document again or click the “Snippet Variables” button.
Deleting a Snippet
To delete a snippet:
- Click the “Clear Content” button.
- If you want to add the snippet again after deleting it, click the “Snippets” button and select the snippet you want to re-add.
