While browsing the briefings overview, you may notice a lock icon on one of the briefings.

This icon indicates that someone else is currently creating or reviewing the briefing. While the briefing is locked, it cannot be opened or edited by others.

Once the other user finishes and exits the briefing, the lock icon will automatically disappear — usually within 1 minute — and the briefing will become accessible again.
